Supported
versions: Firefox 1.5 - 2.0.0.* ALL
Notes / Comments: If you have problems or suggestions, you can either email me or post in the GMarks Google Group.http://groups.google.com/group/GMarksIf you get a security dialog when you start up, its probably from GMarks downloading favicons from an https site, you can turn off https favicons in the options menu.On slower connections or if you have problems browsing or Firefox seems to slow down, you might have to turn off 'Validate Favicons' or turn favicons off completely for GMarks to work.If you want to translate GMarks into another language, sign up at http://babelzilla.org---------------ML06: The download here IS the source. Simply rename xpi to zip and extract it. The file you downloaded at the Google Group is just a newer version I'm still working on. The only reason its not an xpi is because Google wouldn't let me upload it as such. All GMarks uses your password for is to sign in to Google if you tell it to. It stores it with Firefox's password manager. You don't need to give GMarks your password if you don't want to, as long as you are signed into Google.-----------------------sbender333: Try bookmarks>sampleEmail me or go to the group if you have anymore questions.---------------------------Arthur: Thats done only to get the favicons for the bookmarks. You can turn that off by disabling either the option 'Validate Favicons' or all favicons.
