Mozilla Archive Format


Allows complete web pages to be saved in a single archive file. Uses RDF to save page meta-data. It also allows pages to be saved in a seperate MHTML compatible format for interoperability with IE systems.



Supported Firefox versions: Firefox 1.5 - 1.5.0.* Windows Mozilla 1.7 - 1.8 Windows

Notes / Comments: If you are having problems with MAF functionality please post a bug at the home page. There are too many configurations for me to try to figure out what a problem might be from a post here. Also, if you have a problem, the forum is a good resource to consider using. Any unusual behavior by MAF may be due to other extensions or unique configurations. Since MAF files are Zip files, remember you can also open them (but not the MAF MHT) with your favorite zip application.
