Notary

Adds a notes pane to the message view. Any text typed is stored against the message for later review. Very simple interface. Based on msgNotes By Frank DiLecce. I did not like being restricted to a single line nor having to hit buttons or menus to add a note. So rather than just gripe about it, I fixed it.

Supported versions: Thunderbird 0.8 - 1.0+ ALL

Notes / Comments: fixed problems with the settings panel. All settings now work as expected
