Replaces the standard context menu with a radial one.



Supported Firefox versions: Firefox 1.0 - 2.0.0.* ALL

Notes / Comments: Forced the setting "dom.event.contextmenu.enabled" to true to prevent the standard menu from popping up.Reactivated code to avoid sabotating right-clicking in the sidebar.
