Adds a toolbar button to show and hide the Google Toolbar



Supported Firefox versions: Firefox 1.5 - 3.0a1 ALL

Notes / Comments: darkTemp7ar... Installing and adding to the toolbar is discouraged in mozillaLand. It should be an option that Firefox asks the end user. Otoh, that would probably be a problem if Firefox were installing 20 extensions at once.
